Please take a few minutes to read our terms and conditions. These apply to all orders made online, in person, or via phone: In order to hold a date, a 50 % non- refundable deposit is required, the remaining balance is due the same day, before pick up.

Orders less than $100 are subject to pay the full balance Orders placed within less than 2 weeks notice are subject to pay the full balance. Last minute Orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance will be subject to a 20 % fee. Orders placed within 1 week are subject to pay 50% deposit ASAP to hold the date. All orders that are unpaid will be canceled. If you are ordering liquor infused desserts you must be 21 years or older. You must provide proof of age. Cupcake N Things is not responsible for any damage to the products after cake as been picked up. Rush Fee Will Be An Additional $40 NO REFUNDS No Delivery
